What is the custom jewelry order process?

Do You Have A Minimum Order? What Is Your MOQ?For Sterling Silver pieces, normally we have a MOQ of 30pcs, and for Brass pieces, the MOQ is 100pcs. Please keep in mind that the MOQ is not an absolute production limit; rather, it is the smallest quantity that our experience says is necessary for the best cost-production strategy. If there are fewer than 30 units, we can begin production, but the overall cost will almost definitely rise.

Are You Able To Sign A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) Form?Yes, definitely. Your privacy is important to us.

Can You Make Gold Plating Jewelry?Yes, we can make 14k, 18k, 22k and 24k(23k) Gold plating jewelry. The colours of the plating will be yellow gold, rose gold plating, and rhodium plating.

Can You Make Gold Vermeil Jewelry?Sure. The Gold Vermeil Plating stands for the plating thickness is over 2.5 microns, over Sterling Silver or at least 10k Gold as a base metal.

What if I want to work with supplier directly?No problem, after sourcing fee payment is complete we will give you direct contacts of each supplier.

Is sourcing free?We make 1 first time free sourcing for one product, after that it will cost 100 USD or will be free for our regular cusomers.

How long does it itake to source?It depends on your product and specific requirements, but in general it takes 1-3 working days for us to prepare an offer from at least 3 suppliers.
